FAQs
How do I register for Tri City Volleyball programs?
Select Teams Registration
For Select Teams, registration is secured with either full payment or a deposit of $300 (with the balance due within 30 days).
General Registration
Registration for all other programs and training is confirmed only once full payment has been received. Without payment, your spot is not guaranteed.
How do I know which athletic category to sign up for?
Athlete categories are based on birth year. Please use the guide below to find the right category:
12U: Girls born in 2014
13U: Girls born in 2013
14U: Girls born in 2012
15U: Girls born in 2011
16U: Girls born in 2010
17U: Girls born in 2009
18U: Girls born in 2008
The only exception: athletes with birthdays from September to December may also register to “play down” one age group if preferred.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept eTransfer to [email protected]
or credit card. Please email us if you need accommodations for payment.
What is Tri City’s refund policy?
Refund requests may be considered under special circumstances, but refunds are not guaranteed once a program has started. Please email us directly to discuss your situation.

Where can I find the waiver form?
The waiver is completed as part of the registration process. No separate form is required.
