-Tri City Volleyball reserves the right to remove a participant from a program for safety or disciplinary reasons if needed.

4. Payments and Refunds

-Program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.
-Refunds or credits may be issued in cases of injury, illness, or cancellation, at the discretion of Tri City Volleyball.
-No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to scheduling conflicts or no-shows.

5. Media and Promotional Use

-By registering your child, you grant Tri City Volleyball permission to use photographs or video taken during programs for promotional or educational purposes (e.g. website, social media, or print materials), unless you request otherwise in writing before the program begins.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Use

-All content on this website, including logos, graphics, videos, and written materials, is the property of Tri City Volleyball or its content providers.
-You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
-Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
