TriCity Volleyball High-Performance Beach Program is built for elite, dedicated athletes committed to competing at the provincial level and advancing their beach volleyball performance.
This selective program provides advanced training within a demanding, high-expectation environment designed to accelerate skill development, game strategy, and competitive readiness. Athletes train under high-performance standards that emphasize technical precision, movement efficiency, decision-making, and mental discipline. The program reflects the intensity and professionalism required for high-level beach volleyball competition.
There is a minimum 80% commitment to scheduled practices.
Must be registered for OVA indoor & outdoor provincials.
U13-U15 needs 2 years of experience
U16 and up need 3 years of beach experience.

6–8 athletes will be assigned to each court to maximize quality reps and competitive intensity.
There will be 1 experienced coach per court to ensure individualized feedback and technical precision
Training sessions emphasize:

-Physical and mental performance under pressure
Teams will be placed based on talent, experience, and competitive readiness.
Placement decisions are made by coaching staff to ensure:

Each coach will attend a minimum of one Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) event per team
On-site support includes match analysis, tactical adjustments, and athlete feedback

This program focuses on technical development, consistency, ball control, and game understanding while maintaining strong coaching standards and competitive intensity. Ideal for players seeking meaningful development without the full demands of a high-performance stream, athletes gain valuable reps, movement training, and tactical awareness. The program supports steady progression, confidence building, and preparation for higher levels of beach volleyball competition.
A minimum of 70% commitment to scheduled practices.
Coaches expect coachability, respect for teammates and staff, and a willingness to learn and improve.

There will be 6–8 athletes per court to ensure plenty of touches and meaningful reps.
1 qualified coach will be assigned per court providing consistent instruction and feedback

-Building confidence and enjoyment in competition
-Beach competitive movement patterns (2v2, 3v3, 4v4)

Ages 8-14. Athletes must be enthusiastic, respectful, and ready to learn.
